值班主管 Shift Supervisor

工作职责
- 制作和提供品质如一的饮料、咖啡和食品；
- 负责进行人力部署并分配任务；
- 协助店经理执行门店营运和开关店工作；
- 遵循营运流程并参与收银、清洁等营运工作；
- 培训新伙伴，向分店经理反馈门店情况；
任职要求
- 接受轮班制工作 （门店一般营运时间7:00am – 12:00pm），平均每周工作四十小时；
- 优秀的人际交往技能及团队合作能力；
- 快速的学习能力及指导他人工作的能力；
- 一年以上团队管理经验，餐饮或零售行业者优先考虑；

Shift Supervisors are the operational experts that keep each store running like clockwork. They role model an d coach the delivery of high-quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers an d partners alike. （This position is not available in Massachusetts）
